Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Return Policy

1. Scope & Applicability
Applies to domestic (within Turkey) and international sales.

Products sold via distance sales may include custom-sized or custom-made doors; however, special production items have some limitations.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days – EU Style Recommendation)
Customers can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original condition.

For custom-sized or custom-made doors, withdrawal is only possible before production starts; once production has begun, the right of withdrawal may be limited or invalid.

3. Domestic Return Conditions
Return requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

Customers must present the return request form/invoice/order number when returning products.

Opened, used, or assembled products cannot be returned.

7. Warranty and Technical Issues
